Affilate Program Terms and Conditions

These following Terms and Conditions apply to individuals who are accessing or using the Affiliate Program both as the merchant (“we” or “merchant”) and an affiliate (“you” or “affiliate”) who refers customers to use a product or service from the merchant.

By participating in the Program, the affiliate agrees to use the Program in the manner specified in, and are bound by, these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, you are not authorised to register as an affiliate or participate in the Program in any manner.

1. Affiliate Approval or Rejection
   1. We reserve the right to approve or reject ANY Affiliate Program Registration in our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your Affiliate Program Registration.
2. Affiliate Links and Coupon
   1. An affiliate link is automatically generated in your Affiliate Dashboard, but you can also generate an affiliate link for a specific product or collection. If a person clicks on someone else’s referral link and then later they click on yours, yours is the one that counts.
   2. An affiliate might or might not be assigned coupon codes with details and usage clarified on your Affiliate Dashboard. If a customer clicks on both the affiliate link and uses a coupon code, you will not receive a double commission. If you’re not assigned a branded coupon, then you’re not allowed to promote the coupon.
   3. Affiliates may also advertise our website and products on online channels such as your own website or blog and social media sites such as Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), TikTok, Pinterest and also offline content such as classified channel ads, magazines, and newspapers.
   4. Affiliate links will last 7 days from the first click. If a customer makes a purchase after the 7 days, then no commission will be awarded as it is outside of the commission timescales.
3. Commissions and payment
   1. Refer any customer to make a purchase on our website, you will get a commission amount which is calculated based on our commission structure.
   2. The commission amount is dependent on the ‘final’ order value and will not include items such as tax, shipping, discounted products or product returns. Some examples are shown below:
      1. Example 1: If a product costs £100 (ex-vat) then this would equate to £20 VAT tax added to the order (for a total of £120), the affiliate commissions will be calculated on £100 (ex-vat).
      2. Example 2: If an order costs £100 (ex-vat) and there is £15 postage (ex-vat) added, this would equate to £23 VAT tax added to the order (for a total of £138), the affiliate commissions will be calculated on £100 (ex-vat).
      3. Example 3: If a product costs £100 (ex-vat) and a 20% discount is applied, the affiliate commissions will be calculated on £80 (ex-vat).
      4. Example 4: If an order equates to £100 (ex-vat) and the customer returns products for a refund to the value of £50 (ex-vat) the affiliate commissions will be calculated on £50 (ex-vat).
   3. The default commission rate is 5% unless otherwise agreed.
   4. Commission is only payable on an order once an order is 40 days old to ensure the order is fully complete within our system.
   5. Affiliates are excluded from getting commissions from their own purchases.
   6. For an Affiliate to receive a commission, they need to specify their payment details in the ‘Settings’ tab on their Affiliate Dashboard.
      1. There is a minimum payment threshold of £20 before you can request a withdrawal.
      2. Once the threshold has been reached then the Affiliate can request a withdrawal to the amount of their choosing.
      3. Payments will only be sent via Bank Transfer for transactions that have been successfully completed.
   7. The Use of the Affiliate Program is subject to a fair use policy which gives the merchant the right to review each and every referral order.
      1. Status of commission is displayed in the ‘Commissions’ tab in your Affiliate Dashboard, any paid commission will be listed on the ‘Payments’ tab.
      2. Transactions that result in chargebacks or refunds will not be paid out.
4. Marketing Tools
   1. 1. We may share promotional medias such as banners, logo’s etc which, if available to you, will be visible from your Affiliate Dashboard via the ‘Marketing’ tab. You can download the media or get the HTML embed code in order to share onto affiliate channels.
5. Cookies
   1. We use a cookie to track people who have clicked on your link, so they need to be using cookies for us to track them.
   2. If a person doesn’t allow cookies or clears their cookies then we can’t track them so we can’t pay earnings on that person’s activity.
   3. Cookies last 7 days before they expire. The cookie tracking day will start from the time a customer clicks on the affiliate’s link or uses an affiliate coupon. Within the cookie time, every order made by this customer at merchant website will automatically result in commissions to the affiliate (There’s no need for the customer to click on the affiliate link then).
6. Removal from Referral Program
   1. If an affiliate wishes to be removed from the affiliate program, they can do so by contacting us via our Contact Form.
